The Punakha Tshechu Experience centers around the historic celebrations held in the dramatic warm valley of Punakha.

  • The opening ceremonies of the Tshechu as the monastic dance troupes assemble at Punakha Dzong.
  • VIP seats for the Pazap warriors’ reenactment of the defense of Bhutan’s sacred relics.
  • The pre-dawn unveiling of the colossal sacred Thongdrel tapestry.
  • A private champagne picnic on the shores of the Mo Chhu and the Punakha Suspension Bridge.
